STRUCTURE OF THE ROUNDTABLE

Roundtable Meetings

Our meetings and sessions are personal and interactive. They are facilitated by a discussion leader (generally Matthew, Wes, or special hand-picked presenters). No one can sit in the back and get lost in the crowd. You will have the opportunity to network with like-minded people. There are field assignments and accountability in our program if you choose to participate in an accelerated learning program.

Wes Weaver

We believe in setting high standards for participation and attendance. We believe in group learning. While good information is powerful (we will provide that as well), it is not the determining factor for tangible success and results. Being coachable, taking meaningful action, and being accountable is.

Matthew Chan

Every meeting, there will be a thoughtful and information-packed session. Everyone should be prepared to take good notes. Presentations are fast-paced. There is the process of cross-pollination learning where individuals gain knowledge and insights from others. And upon leaving each meeting, everyone will learn something meaningful that can be applied to their own investment endeavors.

Structure of the Roundtable

During the Roundtable Sessions, attendees are separated into two groups: those that sit AT the Roundtable (Inside Roundtable students) and those that sit OUTSIDE the Roundtable (Outside Roundtable students). All attendees must first become an Outside Roundtable students before they become an Inside Roundtable student.

Inside Roundtable

Inside Roundtable students are the only members who receive both instructional and coaching services. They are also the only members allowed to ask questions and interact with the facilitator/instructor during the main presentation. These attendees are accountable to the facilitator/instructor and held to a higher standard of attendance and participation. They must continue to actively grow, participate, and attend or they can lose their seat with the Inside Roundtable. (There are currently 8 seats available.)

Helping Students

Outside Roundtable students receive traditional instructional benefits from listening to the Main Presentation. Additionally, they benefit in observing the coaching and consulting of the Inside Roundtable attendees. There are also opportunities to network and collaborate with one another.

Helping Students

This organization structure has been designed to reward and recognize those who wish to maximize their benefits through active participation, coaching, and accountability while allowing members who prefer a less active, more passive method to become involved with our community.
